Attorney Jeffrey P. Brahan has more than thirty years of legal experience on a broad array of commercial litigation matters. He has successfully tried cases in both State and Federal Court, and has extensive experience in complex and multi-party litigation, as well as arbitrating disputes related to the construction industry. Mr. Brahan was previously a partner at a Pittsburgh-based firm specializing in construction law matters. He has vast experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related documents of all types, and in providing day-to-day counsel for an array of issues for clients involved in all aspects of the construction industry.
Mr. Brahan is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is recognized by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Construction Law and Litigation—Construction.
Mr. Brahan received his B.A. in 1987 from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. In 1990, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was also a member of the Law Review and the Order of the Coif.
