Chad D. Tomosovich
Chad Tomosovich has practiced corporate and business law for more than twenty years, and he has run businesses of his own for nearly as long.
His practice centers on privately held companies: mergers and acquisitions, private capital and institutional finance, corporate governance, and the structuring and negotiation of complex commercial transactions. He has led deals from modest asset sales to transactions valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars, across a broad range of industries. Before co-founding Galanter Tomosovich he practiced at one of Pittsburgh’s largest international firms and at a respected mid-sized firm.
Chad is also an entrepreneur. He has started, operated, and sold companies of his own, including the sale of one business to a public company. Having lived the complete life cycle of an enterprise, he counsels owners with the perspective of someone who has sat in their chair, not merely across the table from it.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his undergraduate degree in business administration, with a minor in economics, from Elon University. He is the founder of Three Rivers Entrepreneurs and has taught entrepreneurship at Robert Morris University.

Robert A. Galanter
Robert Galanter maintains a broad commercial practice built over decades of transactions, real estate, and the disputes that test them.
Bob’s work spans mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate and leasing, and commercial litigation, with particular depth in shareholder and partnership matters. He has formed real estate partnerships and guided the sale, development, and leasing of office buildings, apartment complexes, and retail centers throughout the region.
His transactional range runs from business formation and choice of entity through international business agreements, software licensing, and the purchase of assets in bankruptcy auctions, where he has represented stalking horse bidders and opportunistic buyers alike. He has been interviewed by The Pittsburgh Business Times and The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and has published on commercial transaction practice.
Bob earned his B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Kaitlin manages the operations of the firm: engagements, scheduling, and every detail in between.
Kaitlin Malaspina has managed the business of the firm for more than a decade, through every engagement the practice has taken on.
Her work spans the full operations of the practice: client intake and conflict clearance, engagement letters, scheduling, billing and financial oversight, and the compliance that a corporate practice demands. As Firm Administrator she is the first voice most clients hear, the constant point of contact between conversations with counsel, and the steady hand behind the firm’s pace.
Kaitlin began her career in the substance of the work itself, as a corporate paralegal, before the partners entrusted her with the management of the firm. In the years since she has rebuilt its working systems into a modern operation while keeping the standard that defines a boutique practice: precision in everything that leaves the office.
