As an attorney myself, I have a thorough understanding of commercial concepts and high expectations for my counsel. I have worked with Chad for several years and have been impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of the law (and application thereof) and his integrity. I continue to be impressed with his ability to maneuver complex commercial matters in a practical manner by implementing well thought out legal strategy and assertive negotiation skills. He also brings personal business knowledge and contacts to the table which brings an added benefit for his business clients. I would highly recommend both Chad and Galanter Tomosovich, LLC.
Chad Tomosovich of Galanter Tomosovich has represented me since I completed the acquisition of Donwil Company, Inc. in 2004. Through all of our growth and growing pains, real estate transactions, and transformations, I have always counted on the steady, expert council from Chad and his associates.
Be it successful litigation or expertly crafted contractual documents, I have come to expect flawless execution from the firm.
My leadership team at Donwil views Chad as an extension of our business, never hesitating to contact him should any question arise related to employment law, real estate, transactions or compliance.
I cannot stress enough how confidently I am able to make decisions knowing that my legal council promptly and reliably reviews documents and recommends a course of action. For a business of our size it essentially amounts to having a general council on call. I have never questioned a bill, nor have I considered another attorney.
Donwil has been in business since 1966- The last 14 have been the most successful. We owe a lot of the success to the incredible partnership with our attorneys at Galanter Tomosvich. It has been a great client experience in every sense.
I recently sold my Valve Distribution Business to a Houston based corporation.
Chad Tomosovich came highly recommended to handle the deal. I could not have made a better choice.
I had a number of problems, the Teamsters Union, the lease of my building, inventory value, etc.
Chad, because of his expertise in mergers and acquisitions, was able to overcome any obstacles and secure a most favorable outcome.
Chad is an extremely skilled negotiator and always has his clients best interest first. Every detail was covered to minimize any future liability.
I believe Chad is the best. Not just in Pittsburgh but anywhere!
